Gigi Hadid Classic Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti until it cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the crushed tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
Stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the tomato sauce.
Serve the pasta garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
Gigi Hadid Lemon Garlic Pasta: Ingredients
8 ounces linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
Cook the linguine until it cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Stir well and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the lemon garlic sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan chees.
Gigi Hadid Creamy Mushroom Pasta:
Ingredients
8 ounces fettuccine
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy mushroom sauce.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
Vegan Gigi Hadid Pasta
