  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the vegan pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
